Annually registering each property with HPD
Annually updating legal rents with DHCR for rent stabilized and controlled units and ensuring rent increases follow yearly guidelines when renewals and/or vacancies occur.
Performing annual HPD required inspections

Tracking of all NYC and New York State government agency requirements
