Brownstone Property Group Acquires FIDY Management, Expanding NYC Portfolio

BROOKLYN, NY — October 2026 — Brownstone Property Group, a Brooklyn-based property management, general contracting and real estate brokerage firm, today announced the acquisition of FIDY Management, further expanding Brownstone Property Group’s managed portfolio, team and presence across New York City.

The acquisition marks the latest milestone for Brownstone Property Group, which was founded in Park Slope in 2004 and has grown to manage a diverse portfolio of condominium, cooperative and rental properties throughout New York City.

As the demands of operating New York City buildings continue to evolve—from increasingly complex regulatory requirements and rising operating costs to greater expectations from boards, owners and residents—the combination brings together two experienced management teams with complementary expertise and a shared commitment to responsive communication and thoughtful property oversight.

Through the acquisition, FIDY Management’s luxury condominium portfolio will become part of Brownstone Property Group, providing existing clients with continuity of service and access to broader resources and expertise. The combination further strengthens Brownstone Property Group’s reach and capabilities, pairing the personalized service of a locally rooted firm with the infrastructure and expertise of an expanding New York City real estate organization.
